Watch the video!  Sized to to equal 3 quarter pans wide, each clear slider quickly encloses or exposes pans as needed during prep to help preserve temperature during use. Conveniently it can remain in place with the metal lids closed. Two Sliders will fit the Prep Table shown in the video while leaving room to access the pans. If your table is longer, you likely need three Sliders. Now NSF Certified.
