Your Cold Capture is made of polycarbonate and is designed to fit specific equipment.

Measurements below correspond to the inside dimensions of each coldwell cavity.

     Dimensions (of each): 11 x 33" wide

Your Cold Capture can be cleaned just like your Lemonade Bowls. Clean before first use and avoid using a Brillo Pad, Steel Wool, etc. to maintain clarity.

In the process of developing and optimizing these designs for temperation preservation and access, we learned from our field evaluators that environmental factors such as the proximity of directional fans and high density warming areas can influence temperature inside the coldwell. Therefore while helpful, use of these designs alone cannot gaurantee desired temperature in every kitchen environment.
